RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with your new, beautiful gown! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

Returns / Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.). Tags MUST be attached on ALL returns and exchanges.   


Please note:

  • Due to the delicacy of our gowns, a 5% restocking fee will be charged on ALL returns (5% of the gown price). 
  • Size Exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned  
  • All orders MUST be returned in the same condition as received. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted back. Please be courteous and ship back the items neatly to avoid any damage to the gowns. Damaged items will not qualify for refunds.
  • MUST include return form with all returns or exchanges   
  • In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item, you MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order at info@glamhousecouture.com   
  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment minus the 5% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and is encouraged to purchase insurance, we are NOT responsible for any lost package.    

Return / Exchange Process

To return or exchange an item, please email our customer service at info@glamhousecouture.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form, and mail your return back to us. 

* * Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
