1. What is Glam House Couture?
Glam House Couture is an online destination dedicated to offering an exquisite collection of couture fashion dresses. We curate a selection of high-end and exclusive dresses for individuals who appreciate sophistication and style.
2. Can I customize or tailor my couture dress?
Yes you can. Please submit an inquiry in the 'Contact Us' page, and we will reach out to you to discuss further.
3. Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our website or the designated courier's tracking system.
5. What is your return policy?
All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the arrival date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.). Tags MUST be attached on ALL returns and exchanges.
- Due to the delicacy of our gowns, a 5% restocking fee will be charged on ALL returns (5% of the gown price).
- Please note, client will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return
